Aluminum profile manufacturers analyze that the production process of aluminum profiles is a complex and precise process, from raw material preparation to mold design and manufacturing, to extrusion molding, aging treatment, and polishing, each link is crucial.

The production of aluminum profiles mainly includes the following steps:

Melting and casting: This is the first process in the production of aluminum profiles, which mainly includes batching, melting, casting, and homogenization. Ingredients are calculated based on the specific alloy grade produced, and the amount of various alloy components added is reasonably matched with various raw materials.

Smelting is the process of adding prepared raw materials into a melting furnace according to process requirements, and effectively removing impurities and gases from the melt through degassing and slag refining methods. Casting is the process of cooling and casting various specifications of round cast rods from melted aluminum liquid under certain casting process conditions through a deep well casting system.

Uniform heating is used to improve the plasticity of the ingot, homogenize the metallographic structure of the casting state, dissolve the main strengthening phases, and facilitate subsequent extrusion operations.

Squeezing: This is a method of forming profiles. First, design and manufacture a mold based on the cross-section of the profile product, and use an extruder to extrude the heated round cast rod from the mold into shape.

Coloring (mainly the process of oxidation): The extruded aluminum alloy profiles have weak surface corrosion resistance and require surface treatment through anodizing to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic appearance of the aluminum material.
