Aluminum profile processing is a process involving multiple steps, mainly including melting, extrusion, straightening, surface treatment, and other processes.

Melting and casting is the first process in aluminum production, which mainly involves calculating the amount of various alloy components to be added according to the specific alloy brand that needs to be produced, and reasonably matching various raw materials. Next, the prepared raw materials are added to the melting furnace for melting, and impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed through degassing, slag removal, refining, and other methods.

The melted aluminum liquid is cooled and cast into various specifications of circular casting rods through a deep well casting system under certain casting process conditions.

Squeezing is a primary method of forming profiles. Based on the cross-sectional design of profile products, molds are produced and heated round cast bars are extruded from the molds using an industrial aluminum profile extruder.

The extruded aluminum profiles often need to be straightened for straightness, as the straightness of aluminum profiles is one of the important standards that affect whether they can be used in mechanical equipment.

Surface treatment is the final process of aluminum profile processing, mainly to increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum profiles.

Common treatment methods include oxidation treatment, such as surface pretreatment, cleaning the surface of the profile with chemical or physical methods to expose the pure substrate, and then performing oxidation and sealing hole treatment to enhance the anti pollution, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of the oxide film. In addition, there are silver white anodizing treatments that make aluminum profiles both elegant and corrosion-resistant.

In addition, the processing methods of aluminum profiles also include plastic processing methods, such as rolling, stretching, and forging, which can process aluminum ingots into various shapes of aluminum materials to meet the needs of different fields.
