Aluminum profile processing is an important metal processing technology, and its product quality and performance directly affect the quality and performance of the final product. Aluminum profile processing mainly includes the following process steps:
Ingredients: Calculate the amount of various alloy components to be added according to the specific alloy brand that needs to be produced, and reasonably match various raw materials.
Melting: The prepared raw materials are added to the melting furnace for melting, and impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed through degassing, slag removal, refining, and other methods.
Casting: The melted aluminum liquid is cooled and cast into various specifications of circular casting rods through a deep well casting system under certain casting process conditions.
Squeezing: Based on the cross-sectional design of the profile product, a mold is produced, and an industrial aluminum profile extruder is used to extrude heated round cast bars from the mold, thereby obtaining the desired shape of the aluminum profile.
Oxidation: In order to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic appearance of aluminum profiles, extruded aluminum alloy profiles usually require anodizing surface treatment.
Cutting and processing: According to the design requirements of the product, aluminum profiles are cut into specific shapes using cutting, stamping, milling, punching and other processing methods, and necessary processing and finishing are carried out.
Heat treatment: Some aluminum profiles require heat treatment to enhance their mechanical properties, especially hardness.
Surface treatment: Aluminum profiles usually require surface treatment processes such as cleaning, oxidation removal, anodizing, etc. to improve their surface quality and corrosion resistance.
Quality inspection and packaging: In the process of aluminum profile processing, quality inspection is required for each process to ensure the quality and stability of the final product. Qualified aluminum profiles need to be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
