How to solve the oxidation phenomenon in aluminum extrusion processing ?

Solving the oxidation phenomenon in aluminum profile processing requires the comprehensive use of multiple methods and technologies. In actual production, appropriate treatment methods should be selected based on factors such as the material, process requirements, and production environment of the aluminum profile to ensure its quality and performance.
The oxidation phenomenon that occurs during the processing of aluminum profiles can be solved by the following methods:
Aging treatment:
Method: Choose the aging method according to the climate conditions. In summer or when there is sufficient sunlight, aluminum profiles can be exposed to sunlight; In rainy or winter weather, industrial ovens can be used for baking.
Process conditions: The temperature is controlled at 4050 ℃ and the duration is 1015 minutes.
Principle: By heating, a thick oxide film will naturally form on the surface of the aluminum profile, which helps to improve the corrosion resistance of the aluminum material.
Hot water flushing:
Method: After aging, aluminum profiles need to be rinsed with hot water to remove surface oil stains and impurities.
Attention: Strictly control the water temperature and time to avoid thinning and lightening of the film layer due to excessive water temperature. The suitable water temperature and time are 4050 ℃ and 0.51 minutes, respectively.
Drying treatment:
Method: The aluminum profile washed with hot water is hung diagonally on a rack, allowing free water on the working surface to naturally flow downwards. Water droplets at the lower corners of the aluminum profile can be sucked away with a towel to avoid affecting the color and appearance of the film layer.
Principle: By natural drying, the oxide layer on the surface of aluminum profiles can be ensured to be more uniform and natural.
Anodizing treatment:
Method: For non-conforming aluminum profiles, they can be repaired before drying and aging. The specific process is to clamp the non-conforming aluminum profile onto a fixture for aluminum anodizing, and then anodize it for 2-3 minutes according to the anodizing method for aluminum in sulfuric acid solution. After the film layer becomes loose and detached, it can be gently cleaned with alkaline solution. After nitric acid is emitted, conductive anodization can be performed again.
Principle: Through anodizing treatment, a dense oxide film can be formed on the surface of aluminum profiles to improve their corrosion resistance and hardness.
Chemical methods:
Anodizing method: anodizing the surface of Aluminum Products and depositing an oxide layer to increase their corrosion resistance and hardness.
Chemical coating method: A protective film is formed on the surface of aluminum products, which has the functions of oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.
Chemical polishing method: Form a bright and smooth protective film on the surface of aluminum products.

Physical methods:
Electroplating method: A protective layer is formed on the surface of aluminum products between the aluminum products and the electrode material.
Heat treatment method: High temperature treatment is applied to aluminum products to form an anti-oxidation film layer on the surface of the aluminum.
Spray coating method: Spray a layer of bright protective paint on the surface of aluminum products, which has good protective performance.
