Squeezing: Squeezing is a method of forming aluminum profiles. First, a mold is designed and manufactured based on the cross-section of the profile product. Then, a heated round cast rod is extruded from the mold using an extruder.

Cooling and aging treatment: The surface corrosion resistance of extruded aluminum alloy profiles is not strong, and surface treatment by anodizing is necessary to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic appearance of the aluminum material.
