Aluminum profile processing is a complex process involving multiple steps and various processing methods. So, what should we pay attention to when processing aluminum profiles?

Temperature control:

Timeliness of heat treatment: Whether producing ordinary profiles or Industrial Aluminum Profiles, the temperature inside the furnace should be controlled within the specified range. For example, when stretching aluminum profiles, the temperature should be cooled to below 50 degrees to prevent burns to operators and incomplete failure of internal stress in the aluminum profiles.

The setting and control of aluminum profile temperature: When setting the gauge temperature, it should be based on the actual temperature of the furnace and closely monitor the temperature fluctuations.

Product quality inspection:

Check the quality of processed products: After processing products, aluminum profile manufacturers should check whether the surface of the product is smooth enough, free of oxidation, corrosion or related defects. At the same time, the bending and twisting of the cut profiles should be maintained within an acceptable range.

Stretching treatment:

Stretching amount control: When stretching aluminum profiles, the stretching amount should be controlled within 1%. If the stretching amount is too high, the tail size of the material is prone to significant errors, affecting the quality of the material.

Precautions during the processing:

Aluminum profile extrusion framing should not be too dense, and there should be a gap between materials, especially for small and thick materials.

Before loading aluminum profiles into the furnace, special alloys should be separately aged from ordinary alloys, or special alloy processes should be used for aging.

When processing aluminum profiles, attention should be paid to the stress conditions at the edges or viewing points of the material to prevent uneven stress throughout the entire material processing, which may cause deformation or spiraling of the profile.

Cleaning and packaging:

For products that have passed quality inspection, they should be cleaned and packaged in a timely manner. The packaging should be strict to ensure that collisions and scratches will not occur during transportation.

Sawing and cutting:

Before sawing and cutting aluminum profiles, carefully check the frame drawings and inspect the surface of the aluminum profiles for any damage. For deformed materials with slight twisting, twisting, and bending, they should be corrected before cutting.

After sawing and cutting, the length and angle should be rechecked to see if the dimensions are within the tolerance range of the drawing.

Protecting aluminum profiles:

During the processing operation, attention should be paid to protecting the aluminum profile to prevent surface abrasion or damage. The semi-finished products cut by sawing should be stacked in an orderly manner, indicating the project name, length, model, quantity, etc. used.

Special processing precautions:

For aluminum profiles used for surface decoration, attention should be paid to vertical rotation during processing to ensure symmetrical heating and heat dissipation of the entire profile, reducing the possibility of horizontal bright spots on the material surface.
