Cutting accounts for a large proportion in machining, so it is necessary to use good CNC equipment and cutting tools to reduce cutting errors.

2. Drilling: Not every assembly line equipment uses drilling processing. Drilling is generally used for the installation of accessories, which can be placed into profiles for a beautiful and sturdy appearance. The types of drilling holes include through holes, countersunk holes, blind holes, and installation holes. Different holes have different functions. The positional accuracy and depth of the holes should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the design drawings.

3. Tapping: including end face tapping and drilling tapping. Suitable for lubricants, achieving tap life and precise depth control. Tapping is generally carried out in the middle hole of the profile end face, and attention should be paid to tapping within the hole size range.

4. Precision machining: including milling holes, milling grooves, milling surfaces, end milling, bending, etc., requires professional CNC equipment for precision machining.

5. Assembly: Assembly can be completed here or at the customer's location. If the amount of work is relatively large and the distance is far, it is generally recommended to install it on site.
