The common problems in the processing of aluminum profiles involve multiple aspects such as materials, equipment, technology, environment, and operation. It is necessary to strictly control various parameters during the processing, strengthen equipment maintenance and upkeep, improve the skill level of operators, and strengthen environmental management to ensure the cleanliness and stability of the processing environment.
There may be various problems encountered during the processing of aluminum profiles, which can be mainly summarized as follows:
1. Material issues
Raw material quality: Defects such as inclusions, pores, and cracks in raw materials, or improper operation during smelting and casting processes, may lead to uneven internal structure of aluminum profiles, thereby affecting processing quality and finished product performance.
2. Processing equipment issues
Equipment performance: Processing equipment for aluminum profiles, such as extruders, cutting machines, punching machines, etc., if the equipment performance is unstable, the accuracy is not high, or the equipment maintenance is improper, it may lead to errors in the aluminum profile processing process, such as dimensional deviations, irregular shapes, etc.
Equipment accuracy: Especially for cutting machines, if the equipment is not provided by professional manufacturers or the equipment condition is poor, there may be significant errors in the size of the profiles cut by the cutting knife, resulting in large gaps and loose connections between profiles during frame splicing.

3. Process issues
Process parameters: The setting of process parameters is crucial for the processing quality of aluminum profiles. If the process parameters such as extrusion temperature, extrusion speed, and cooling speed are not properly controlled, it may lead to loose internal structure, coarse grains, and surface defects such as cracks and rough surfaces in aluminum profiles.
Hole processing: Sometimes there are hole processing on profiles. If the equipment performance is poor, the processing standards for hole positions may not be accurate, and the size of the holes may also deviate.
4. Environmental issues
Environmental factors: During the aluminum profile processing, environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, cleanliness, etc. may have an impact on the processing quality. For example, excessive temperature may cause thermal deformation of aluminum profiles during processing; Excessive humidity may cause corrosion on the surface of aluminum profiles; Insufficient environmental cleanliness may lead to surface contamination of aluminum profiles, affecting their appearance and performance.
5. Operational issues
Operational skills: The skill level and operational habits of operators can also have an impact on the processing quality of aluminum profiles. If the operator's skill level is insufficient or the operation is not standardized, it may lead to errors in the processing of aluminum profiles.
Aluminum cutting cleaning: If the processed aluminum cutting is not cleaned thoroughly, the appearance will appear unclean during frame installation, and it will also affect the connection tightness of the profile end face.
6. Bending processing problem
Deviation in external profile: Factors such as curvature rebound changes in the bending die and unstable material of various batches of metallurgical extruded profiles may lead to deviation in the external profile after bending.
Surface defects: After bending, surface defects such as cracks, shrinkage wrinkles, curved surface depressions, and side sagging may appear.
Twisting after bending: Factors such as asymmetric cross-sectional area of profiles and unbalanced stress between edge closing and releasing may cause twisting of profiles after bending.
