The manufacturing of Led Aluminum radiators involves multiple steps and techniques to ensure that the final product can efficiently dissipate heat, thereby extending the service life of LED luminaires and improving their performance. The following are the main steps and technical points of LED aluminum radiator manufacturing:
 
1. Material selection
Aluminum alloy: Aluminum alloy materials with good thermal conductivity and mechanical strength are usually selected. For example, 6063 aluminum alloy is widely used because of its good processing properties and heat dissipation effect. Aluminum Extrusions
2. Design and mold making
Design phase: Design the shape and internal structure of the radiator according to the power, shape and expected heat dissipation requirements of the LED luminaire. This includes the design of the fins (number, thickness, spacing) as well as the overall size.
Mold making: Make the corresponding mold based on the design scheme for the subsequent molding process.
3. Molding process

Die casting: For some complex structures or products requiring higher precision, die casting can be used for production.
4. Surface treatment
Anodizing: In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of the radiator surface and improve its appearance, aluminum radiators are usually anodized.

5. Quality inspection
